Marcela believes that life has no script and success is the product of self-discovery, awareness, passion, and effort. As a certified Transformational Coach and MBTI Certified Practitioner, Marcela has worked with clients in the areas of personal and professional development in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Her expertise lies in the areas of self-knowledge, personal branding, leadership development, transition management, and personal strategic planning. 

Believing that the commitment to self-awareness is the key to resilience and growth, Marcela partners with clients to take purposeful and consistent action to achieve their goals. With Marcela’s background in human resources, including full cycle recruitment, social media career management, training, career development, and organizational change, she has worked with private individual and corporate clients from start-ups to industry leader institutions.

Marcela graduated from the London School of Economics (LSE) with has a Master of Science in China in Comparative Perspective, and a Master in Nonprofit Management from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. She graduated with honors from Brandeis University with a dual degree in International and Global Studies and Sociology. 

Marcela is a member of the United World Colleges global education movement and enjoys the opportunities and challenges of living a modern nomad life.
